Making a comeback across both wineries and cellars, we love the results of dallying with our Viticulturist to make this 2008 Colombard. Having used selected fruit from Sarabah and other high mineral, high frost vineyards around our Granite Belt has created apricot, apple and sweet citrus flavours on the palate, finishing with fresh acid and balanced sweetness.
Seafood suits this crisp white perfectly, especially when paired with our recipe for Seafood Cocktail Sauce!

For only $29.95 per bottle you can design your very own custom labelled Sarabah Estate Port – created for us by Winemaker of the Year 2013 Finalist Paul Lapsley – to send out as gifts to valued clients and customers.
