Decorative touches that don’t break the bank!

The wonderful thing about choosing a country vineyard wedding is that the rustic look is completely at home set against the backdrop of rolling hills, sparkling sunshine and whispering vines.

And as weddings don’t often come cheap why not embrace the grounds as inspiration for creating charming decorative touches for your celebration – a wonderful way to make your wedding unique and stylish, without breaking the bank.

At Sarabah Estate Vineyard we’re constantly moved by the beauty and bounty of our surrounding environment and love playing around with new table decoration ideas. So we thought it about time to share them with you and show you what we’ve come up with so far!

Sometimes the simplest touches are best, such as bowls of fresh fruit or farmyard eggs. Though combining them with a collection of old books, vine leaves and ornamental bell jars can also result in a very picturesque arrangement.

Decorative Tin Bucket

Flowers are a classic choice of course, but we like to experiment with the ‘vase’ in which they’re displayed. Have you thought of using jugs, petite jars or coloured tin buckets?

And as we all know candles are always a great addition to any table, but how about a twist on the classic candlestick by using a wine glass or champagne bottle? Perfectly fitting for a vineyard reception.

Chalkboard

The possibilities for your country vineyard arrangements are endless, from bowls of sweets and embroidered napkins through to personalised bunting and handwritten chalkboards – your imagination can run wild!
