There are many details to decide upon when planning a wedding – from flowers and bridal gowns through to food menus and invitations. So it’s no surprise that it’s easy to find yourself wrapped up in one thing whilst many others pile up on the to-do list.

The arrangement of tables for the wedding reception can be just one of those mind boggling tasks that tie you down. How big is the venue? How big are the tables? How many of them are there? And how can I accommodate my guests in a comfortable and sociable manner?

Well at Sarabah Estate Vineyard we never want our brides to be stressed out unnecessarily, and are continually striving to find ways in which we can ease the planning process.

Which is why we are proud to announce the launch of our Marquee Layout Planner – a handy online tool that allows you to plan the layout of tables within our marquee from the comfort of your own home. Give it a try here.

All you have to do is click and drag the available tables onto the blank floorplan of the marquee. The diagram is to scale and you can add or remove chairs as you wish.

Once you’ve finalised your layout you can save the image, ready for emailing or printing out. A great way to share your ideas with our Wedding Concierge team or loved ones.
